Clear Creek Tahoe

From 2012 to 2017, VP Companies and its President David Hutchinson played an active role in the Clear Creek Tahoe project, a residential golf community located on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. Currently, Mr. Hutchinson is a member of Clear Creek Partners, which holds a joint venture interest in the entire project.
