Since joining VP Companies in 1994, Gretchen has headed the marketing division of the organization, overseeing all aspects of project marketing from concept development through final sales. VP Companies employs a unique umbrella approach to achieve success, guiding carefully chosen teams in each investment’s immediate market. These teams take direction from VP Companies in product messaging, sales approach, creative development, advertising, public relations, event and referral-based marketing, and member and buyer fulfillment. She also oversees brokers and leasing agents to keep the messaging consistent through to disposition. Gretchen began her career at DDB Needham Worldwide, one of the country’s leading advertising agencies in New York City. After completing the account management training program, she was named as an Account Manager for the Heinz Company.
