Just as VP Companies vests itself in the equity and management aspects of each project, so too does it seek to control all project marketing and sales, as an effective marketing strategy is the best way to ensure overall project success and maximize return. All marketing is executed through Spectrum Marketing Group, LLC, the marketing affiliate of VP Companies. Through management and oversight of hand-picked teams in each market, Spectrum directs every aspect of the marketing effort, from overall image projection to project collateral, advertising, public relations, events, prospect tracking, direct mail, and buyer/member fulfillment. Spectrum and its designated affiliated brokerage(s) train all onsite representatives to maintain a cohesive message within the overall image umbrella and, when possible, establish a special purpose real estate company with ongoing value to execute each project’s brokerage function.
