Robert Parker

Robert has worked for VP Companies since 2005 managing development projects and real estate assets, in both the residential and commercial sectors. He has worked with banks, private lenders, and equity groups large and small to determine feasibility, underwrite, and capitalize real estate deals in excess of $500 million. In addition to underwriting, Robert manages the development process, starting from entitlement and land purchase through the construction and sales process, and oversees the financial reporting for both individual investors and institutions.
