Snake River Sporting Club

Acting as advisor to the President and majority shareholder of the development company, VP Companies helped reposition the project to finance the corporation out of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. This included acting as a principal in interim debtor-in-possession financing. The project included a Weiskopf designed championship golf course with 68 surrounding lots proximate to the Snake River, as well as a high-density hospitality piece with coveted resort zoning. By 2005, VP Companies accomplished the requested repositioning of the club for the Owner.

In 2013, VP Companies acted as an advisor to the land owner in the center of the property to effectuate a significant land sale to the current golf club and real estate owner. The sale was key to the feasibility of the project, expanded the club amenities, and allowed for diversity in future real estate offerings. Mr. Hutchinson is a Founding Member of the Snake River Sporting Club.
