The Valley Club

The Valley Club is the Sun Valley area’s only private golf development.
As the largest shareholder, responsible for land acquisition, entitlement, financing and construction, VP Companies was integral, from concept to completion, in all facets of the development and operation of the Club. Under separate contract, VP Companies also directed the marketing and sales of all real estate and memberships. The project’s approximate market value at time of sellout in 1999 was $90 million.
