Thunder Spring Residences

A 9-unit luxury townhome development in Ketchum, Idaho, adjacent to the Thunder Spring development and Zenergy Health Club and Spa. These residences took the features of Thunder Spring – quality, luxury, amenities and service – and added private access, contemporary design and a variety of outdoor living and entertaining spaces. These lock-and-leave homes range in size from 3,500 to 5,400 square feet of living space, and include private, two-car garages. Included in the purchase of a residence is a full Tennis Membership to Zenergy Health Club and Spa, with its 53,000 square feet of health club, luxury spa, yoga, Pilates, boutique, indoor and outdoor saline swimming pools and indoor tennis courts. Ownership also includes the highest level of individual service, with 24-hour-a-day concierge to take care of any owner need. VP Companies oversaw every aspect of the development, from construction oversight to marketing and sales execution.

All nine homes sold and closed prior to the end of 2020. Total sales revenue is approximately $43M.
