Thunder Spring Residences

A 9-unit luxury townhome development in Ketchum, Idaho, adjacent to the Thunder Spring development and Zenergy Health Club and Spa. These residences take the hallmarks of Thunder Spring – quality, luxury, amenities and service – and add private access, contemporary design and a variety of outdoor living and entertaining spaces. These lock-and-leave homes range in size from 3,500 to 5,400 square feet of living space, and include private, two-car garages. Included in the purchase of a residence is a full Tennis Membership to Zenergy Health Club and Spa, with its 55,000 square feet of health club, luxury spa, yoga, Pilates, boutique, indoor and outdoor saline swimming pools and indoor tennis courts. Ownership will also include the highest level of individual service, with 24-hour-a-day concierge to take care of any owner need. VP Companies oversees every aspect of the development, from construction oversight to marketing and sales execution. The project broke ground in Spring of 2016 and two of the nine units are already under presale contract.

VP Companies wanted to execute a market-driven product with cutting edge, mountain contemporary design. Think Architecture and Magleby Construction were chosen as the ideal team members to help deliver the vision. It is fitting that Magleby (the NAHB Custom Home Builder of the Year 2016) was chosen, as these residences epitomize condominium alternative that acts like a home, only without the headaches of home ownership.

The first four residences will be complete by the end of 2017, with two units closing. The balance of the project is available for sale, with the second phase commencing in Spring 2018.
