Capital Formation

Intermountain Equity Group (IEG) was formed as the capital affiliate of VP Companies in 2010. Originally administered by State Street Advisors under the supervision of Ernst & Young, IEG has been instrumental in capital formation for every VP project since inception. Since 2016, IEG debt and preferred equity structures total in excess of $427 million spread across eleven projects.
