Woodinville Village is a land development investment in Woodinville, WA. VP Companies and its capital arm, Intermountain Equity Group (IEG) are investors and co-managers of the investment. Almost 20 acres, the parcel is in the coveted tourist business zone and is ideally suited for a mix of uses, from hospitality to residential and experiential retail, currently planned as the Harvest project.

Harvest is located approximately 17 miles northeast of downtown Seattle; 30 minutes from the Seattle (Sea-Tac) International Airport; 25 minutes from the Port of Seattle; and 15 minutes north of Bellevue on Interstate 405.

Woodinville began as a logging community in the late 19th century and is now home to over 130 wineries, wine bars, and tasting rooms. Woodinville has become best known for its growing community of wineries, craft breweries, cideries, and distilleries. The surrounding cities of Redmond and Bellevue have been experiencing explosive growth, mainly due to the influx of high technology and related companies.
